Forgotten Passwords
If you have a different email address from the one on your membership form, or you are requesting new passwords, you will need to submit your new details in Panel 2 below.

To receive your new passwords, it will be necessary for you to fill in Panel 2 below.
Alternatively, if you are just applying for forgotten passwords and you already have the new ones that were issued on the above date, go to Panel 1 below.
All details are checked before re-issuing new or existing passwords!
Passwords will only be re-issued if your membership is still valid. (Check your membership date on your card)
