Report a Problem

As a member of the United Crane Operators Association you have been provided with a unique opportunity to tell us of any genuine concern/s that in your opinion seriously contravenes health and safety regulations, either by a main contractor or sub contractor. This could be on a site that you are working on at the moment or in the past, or have you worked on a site where rules are ignored consistently by the same contractor/s.

We are building a dossier up of offenders who have little or no regard for site safety, which can be presented to the Health and Safety Executive at future meetings attended by a UCOA representative.

It must be stressed that only genuine concerns that can’t be resolved on site through the normal procedures will be considered for submittal to the HSE. A problem that we consider as a “serious breach” may result in prompt action by us before referral to the HSE.

Note: This service is for Crane/Lifting operations only and is not intended for general site conditions. Any problems must be current, not on previous jobs and applies to the UK only.
